Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Channora iOS app ("Channora", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using Channora, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Channora.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Channora on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your own personal use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Your Google account and YouTube data

Channora requires you to sign in with your own Google account to access your YouTube subscriptions and, optionally, your watch history. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Your use of Google and YouTube services accessed through Channora is also governed by Google's and YouTube's own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Channora to:

• access or attempt to access accounts that are not your own;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except as permitted by law;
• use the app in any way that violates YouTube's or Google's terms of service; or
• use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Unsubscribe actions

Channora allows you to unsubscribe from YouTube channels directly from the app. Unsubscribe actions are performed through the official YouTube Data API and take effect on your YouTube account immediately, the same as unsubscribing directly on YouTube. We are not responsible for any consequences of unsubscribe actions you choose to perform.

6. No warranty

Channora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app's analysis of your subscriptions or watch history will be complete or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Channora.

8. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue Channora, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using the app at any time and may revoke its access to your Google account from your Google Account settings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Channora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
